Memorial Day Sunday, keys to my car go missing. Don was willing to drive an hour to me and help get me a new key and charged a very fair price for a weekend call, much less a holiday weekend.

I asked for a new case for my working key and he completely destroyed my key and used the old key parts in a new key. Charged me for a completely new key price. What kind of terrible service is this ? I'm very disappointed with the service from this.
