Junio and his crew are very professional and responsible. We got a detailed quote for our roof and gutter with a reasonable price from Ferdi Construction. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up thoroughly after they finished their work. Junio communicated well throughout the process and answered all of our questions. Our new roof looks beautiful now.

We had a tree branch puncture our roof. Junio and team were able to give me an reasonable estimate the next day. They fixed the roof very quickly and it looks like new. Junio was easy to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend Ferdi Construction.

Junio and his team were great. It was one of the better quotes I got and included the features I wanted like ridge venting, getting rid of the extra/old vents in my roof and new gutters. We got many quotes for our roof replacement and Junio's was very reasonable. He was friendly and honest so I went with him - so glad I did! There was a slight hiccup when the roofing supplier delivered the wrong order at first, but Junio got it sorted out quickly. The Ferdi team did a great job from start to finish, and they were able to finish the whole job in one day. They cleaned up well and the new roof looks great!

We sought 4 comparable bids, but Junio’s (owner) integrity impressed us. Obviously, their work is dictated by the weather, so our project got pushed back a few days, but it was clear that Junio and his crew were working incredibly hard to catch up. At the same time, they did not rush the job, they did a quality job and paid great attention to installing flashing correctly, ensuring proper air flow in our attic and creating adequate pitch in our gutters to ensure downward water flow - all things our old roof/gutters lacked. Plus his crew took the time to replace all rotting wood panels and fascia

We called Ferdi construction for roof inspection after having several leaks over the past 5 years to see what options we had. Ferdi construction was easy to schedule with, although they seemed to run a tight schedule. After they inspected our roof, Junio the owner, explained to us that our roof was done and there is nothing else to do other than replace it.
We later received 3 bids from other contractors along with Ferdi's bid. A decision was made to go with Ferdi construction and we didn't regret. They provided full service, we needed some woodwork done and gutters replaced as well. Ferdi
