My gutter suffered major damage from a wind storm and I called to get a quote. Eric came out 2 weeks later and gave me an estimate which was really good compared to other companies I had received bids from.
I was told to pay 50% of the bid before they can schedule the repair. I paid my portion and was told due to the wind storms they were about 4 weeks out to make the repairs. A bit long, but ok. I was scheduled for the first week of October, 2021 for my repair. The week came and went. No call from Ace, no repair. I called 2 weeks later and Eric said he meant to call but things were backed

Although they left screws and construction waste on the yard and walkway, the portion of the gutter work that Ace Gutter Inc completed was satisfactory, but this company didn't complete the job! They left out an existing gutter lift, a downspout that was supposed to be added, and also didn't fasten an existing gutter to the wall. For each of these, it was like pulling teeth to get them back out there to the property to complete the job. Eventually they completed two of the three items originally omitted, but only because I withheld payment. For the remaining item, they still didn

We had gutters and downspouts installed through Lowe's in Ogden and Ace Gutters did the work. Not a good experience at all. I took the afternoon off to be home for the install (we had the 1-3 time slot). Called the store at 2:30 to find out when the installer would be over (got quite the runaround from the installation department at Lowe's) to be told that my appointment had to be reschedule for the following day. The gutters were installed the following day and the installer left the yard a mess- screws and metal pieces were everywhere. The gutters leaked between my home and gutter.

We had an aweful experience. The installer was suppose to come on Dec 14th. That day my husand waited two hours for the installer to arrive. Finally, my husband called the company. The receptionist informed us that the installer couldnt make it today becausd a previous job wasnt finished. Without talking to my husand the installer re-booked the appiontment for the following Monday. We had the installer call us. Instead of aplogizing for the miscommunication, the installer tried to save the sale. We ended up asking for a refund. We met this company at the home show. Advice to everyone, do your

Shouldve listened to the other review. Expensive and didnt really keep tabs on their jobs or workers. I waited 3 days for someone to come back and finish but they didnt know the job wasnt completed. Then noticed some thigs were off and had terrible customer service. I asked for someone to come out and he said "yeah when im in the area." Instead of being more attenitive to my concerns. So basically go elsewhere.
