Reno Blinds & Repair

They are miracle workers! I had one shade out of 4 fail on a wall of windows. Two other places told me that the shade could not be repaired and I would need to replace all 4 shades if I wanted them to match. Sure enough they were able to repair my shade at a very reasonable rate and save me from buying new shades. My thanks to Reno Blinds and Repair!

I am not sure if this business actually exists....If they do, they need a lesson on customer service and returning phone calls. I have left messages on three different occasions without a single call back. I am in the building industry and I know times are good, but you can be assured that reputation goes a long way when the economy takes a bad turn and bad businesses like this one are remembered. I for one, have nothing good to say and you can be certain I will be sharing this experience with others.....Advice- Stay away from this one.

Gil showed up on time and quickly fixed our broken Hunter Douglas blind. We decided to replace the same broken part in the matching blind since he was here. He was very professional and we would highly recommend him.
