Googled window pane replacement, this shop came up. The woman made me feel like I was in the wrong place first, she took my order for what I needed, I wrote my number down on the receipt for when the cutter came in to cut the piece I needed. They never even called me back to finish the order so I went to Lowes instead. First time in lufkin I felt my business was unwanted

Phenomenal customer service. They installed a shower door and put in a mirror for a jewelry cabinet. I priced around and they had the competition beat by $100. It’s rare to find the lowest price and best customer service - you have both with them!

I would give the Glass Technician a 5 start review but unfortunately when you have unfriendly people answering your phone and cant answer questions politely it ruins the experience. She certainly needs additional training on customer service.
