Rick is awesome. Honest, knowledgeable and gets the job done. I was battling my home warranty co on a pool heater replacement and they tried to add more work than was necessary that wouldn't be covered. With Ricks recommendation, I was able to go out of network, get a check cut by warranty co and just have him do the work. Even the home warranty co network provider knew Rick and said if anyone knows about pools, it's him.

It turns out that Swimtech attempted to contact me but did not have my correct phone number. I have since been contacted by Swimtech owner, Rick and he has made arrangements to replace defective light at a reduced charge and also have one of his techs reinstall stones on the face of spa which had fallen off.

I called Rick on a referral from a mutual friend. What a great guy! He came to my house while my wife and I were at work, evaluated my pool heater spa & light issue, fixed them very promptly and called to give me updates as he was completing the job. I especially like that he does his billing online. So, essentially, Rick communicated to me the issues, fixed the problem all in the same day and I was able to pay all while I was at work. It doesn't get any easier than that! Thank you Rick!

We had Rick from Swim Tech come to our house to replace our old pool furnace. He was very kind, professional, and he did an excellent job. We had our pool built by Rick at SwimTech in 2007. We are still happy with it to this day and have referred our friends as well. One of our friends did a remodel and is very pleased. Thanks to Swimtech we have a beautiful pool in our backyard!
They are such a great company. Rick was at our house daily supervising and making sure everything was just as we wanted it. The work is impeccable, Rick treated the job as if it were in his own yard. He paid attention to every detail. Rick uses only the best subcontractors too. We have yet to find even one flaw. Lori had so many great design ideas, she helped us choose materials that compliment our whole property. We continue to revel in the beauty of our new backyard, and all thanks to Swimtech!

Our pump had been leaking from multiple areas for over a month. It was working, but we had to work with a hose each day to get it to prime and work. We had two other pool services come out. Neither showed up with tools or much of a desire to try and actually fix our problem. Rick from SwimTech came the same day I called and actually fixed our pump and all our other little issues. The other pool servicemen did a lot of talking, but Rick got in there and got his hands dirty. He has a good old fashioned work ethic. He replaced multiple parts and for a reasonable price. He also replaced a cracked/failing
