I was not pleased at all. They do not handle business well. We got a battery for our truck remote. It would not work. We went back inside not to ask for a refund but to exchange the battery they would not do it because they could not resell it. Even Walmart would have exchanged it. We never even left the parking lot with it.

Crestview Wholesale is the best building supplier I've done business with hands down. If they don't have the lowest price around on a certain item you need, you can bet that they will make up for it in customer service. Everyone on their staff is just as friendly and hard-working to be as helpful as can be. If you don't get it at Crestview Wholesale, you're just not getting it right.

Friend of mine called about a product that he needed for his own business. This was today at 930 CST. He had a few questions and the lady he talked to was rude. He was being sincere, trying to be respectful, didnt matter. She was nasty with her responses, snarky, rude, very not polite. She ended up hanging up on him when he asked about talking to an owner.
If he were tech competent he'd leave the review himself. Since he's not, boom, here you are.

This is by far my favorite place ever. I can get darts, bolts and pellets for bows and slingshots, and sooo many other cool gadgets. And also hardware for the housing projects that we have going on. I truly cannot say enough about this place. Me and my partner in shenanigans are like kids in a candy store on Christmas morning. He always finds the best blades and even tools for the kitchen and camping too. The staff is fun and energetic. They are knowledgeable about the inventory and plain fun to be around.

When to check on a "Breambuster" fiberglass fishing pole with a built-in tiny reel in the handle. There was none, but I just couldn't resist a light, cute, little 10 ft rod. So I didn't go home empty handed. In a few months I'll be catching bream and crappie out of Yellow River thanks to Crestview Wholesale keeping a good stock item available and displayed.

Walked in today to order interior door and frame for my home. Listened to the dimensions I had, as well as my desire to not have priming on frame (since I will stain frame to match rest of my wood in house). Customer service quick and greeted promptly when I entered the store.
Will update with results of order when I get this door and frame in a couple of weeks

Awesome place, if all you need is lumber this is the place to go! Easy to order right at the front desk and they load it into your vehicle as well. Prices are below big box places and they are always willing to blend some advice. Can't speak to any of the other items for sale but this is my go to from now on for wood and material.

Most friendly staff I have come across in a very long time. I walked in for hose Bibb seal, and was immediately greeted and helped. Upon going to pay for the item, it rang up to 37 cents. When I pulled out my $20 after being glad to not have to "charge" such a small amount, the employee said, "don't break your 20 over 37 cents, I've got 37 for you." You will NEVER see that kind of customer service/care from a big box store. I'm now a loyal customer for as long as I live near here.

Great guys and my window screens we're ready in an hour! Lots of great things for around the house or farm. Only place in town I can find a REAL fire ring. Great prices on doors, windows, etc. I'll be here often. Don't forget your check out the knives for sale. Amazingly large selection!

Employees always helpful and have pleasant personalities. Great pricing. Have always found items I am shopping for. Would give 5 stars if store hours were longer. I am unable to get to this store after I get off work as the store closes way to early.
