Services
Woodside Senior Communities is a large elderly care facility located in Green Bay. In 2013 we were awarded the contract for a massive two year expansion to their facility. From 2013 to 2016 we installed 7 boilers, 5 air handling units, 5 air conditioning units, 5 heat recovery units, one rooftop unit and all the hot water piping.
WS Packaging constructed a new corporate headquarters in Green Bay and we had the honor of installing the HVAC system. There is one central air handler, one heat recovery ventilator, one air conditioner, two boilers, and 23 variable air volume zones. We installed all of the hot water piping and a direct digital control system.
We have been servicing Our Lady of Lourds Chuch for years so when it was time to update their boiler systems they turned to us. We have updated the boilers in their church and school. We installed new high efficiency boilers and the energy savings was apparent the very first year the boilers were operational.
Hospitals and medical clinics must have very accurate temperature and humidity control to keep patients, doctors, and nurses comfortable. Medical equipment must also be kept at certain temperatures to allow them to function properly. In this particular job at Bellin hospital we installed a new hot water/chilled water air handler to heat and cool a new CT scan room.
