A perfect pool company is exactly what it says. I called several companies only to have a perfect pool company call me back in a timely manner. Brandon and his crew troubleshoot a leak and also repaired a pump motor for my swimming pool. I've been using A Perfect Pool Company for about a year now and I can honestly say they are a great company! They keep my pool clean and they alert me to problems I was not even aware of. We got our liner replaced year and half ago cost about 2000. It started falling down 3 months after installed , they sent someone out here to fix and they did not even fix, it’s falling more and more and they will not answer phone calls. Not worth time and money. We never had issues over 20 years with pool and liners being replaced until this time.

Brandon and the crew at A Perfect Pool Company did an amazing job installing our new safety pool cover and winterizing our pool. Being new to the area we did not know who to go to for our pool maintenance needs but once we found Brandon and began working with Perfect Pool we knew we were in the right hands. Brandon was quick to respond, informative and kept did a great job of installing our custom safety color - in the color we wanted! We are already looking to book our pool opening with A Perfect Pool.

I was a fan up until they left me in a bind.
I had sent a text last week to have them come out and check my pool pump, it was going out.
Received a text from Brandon, he would be out the following Monday, ok great.
Monday rolls around , no one shows, text him again at 12:09 pm, no responce, sent another at 6:09 pm , another 45 minutes finally got a response, now keep in mind I told him we were having a cook-out on Saturday, a bunch of people are going to be ready for the pool.
He had asked for pictures of the pump, I sent them, quoted 785.00 for a new pump including labor, i agreed, said it

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. I had an agreement with them to do monthly pool maintenance. They recommended a sand filter change. We agreed on $275. They came to do the change and told me not to turn it on until next day. When I did- pipes were leaking. I immediately texted and sent pics. It took 5 days for them to come back. They put glue on that leaked the next day.
I sent pics and was ignored for 3 days and then 3 more days for them to come out and put some sort of glue again and it leaked the next day AGAIN. Now they say 2 more days! They claim the pipe
