At Dumpster Man, we make it a point to make renting a dumpster simple and fast. Renting a dumpster should not be difficult or lengthy. If you have never rented a dumpster before, our experienced agents will take all the time you need to help you understand the process and get you the roll off dumpster needed for your project.
1. Definition of Equipment. The term "equipment" as used herein, shall mean all equipment and containers furnished by Contractor providing the services as specified on the face of this Agreement.
All equipment furnished by Contractor, which Customer has not purchased, shall remain the property of Contractor and Customer shall have no right, title, or interest in the equipment and the equipment shall be returned to Contractor upon termination of this Agreement in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear accepted.Customer shall be responsible for the safekeeping of Contractor's equipment.

1. Term: The term of this Agreement for temporary dumpster services is for seven days ("one week"), beginning the date the dumpster is ordered, and accepted upon placement of the order by Customer, whether it be via verbal, telecon, electronic, performance or other means of placing the order with Contractor.
