They installed a gas fireplace insert and a woodstove and, even though it was a difficult placement, they handled it with speed and precision. Fantastic selection and great service. My wife and I have made several significant purchases from this store including lots of little ancillary products for our hot tub and fireplace. The quality of the products sold by the store are phenomenal. Five stars. I’ve always worked with Randy personally who is quite knowledgeable about all of the products, friendly and on top of the customer service. Trying to purchase anything currently during a pandemic is quite the challenge! It may be difficult and incredibly frustrating at times to be patient with the delays the pandemic has brought to specialized products, but at the end of the day

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, expertise and knowledge of all the staff I came in contact with at this business. Purchased a Harman Pellet Stove here from Randy. I was impressed by his attentiveness to my needs, and the time he took to find me the right stove. He answered all of my questions and really knew his product. It’s nice to be able to go into a business where the people you are buying from are truly the experts! I will do business here again.

I needed to replaced my 1992 pellet stove with a gas stove. Chris was very helpful and the installation crew were detail oriented and knowledgeable. Because I had an A-frame they had to configure and install custom made piping and make other adjustments and make other adjustments. They paid attention to detail and were able to coordinate the natural gas turn on as well.

Hot tub shopping today. Were honestly in this store for 20 minutes. Employees never even acknowledged our presence, no initial greeting, NOTHING. We left without even a brochure in our hand. Zero customer service. Addendum to owner's response: We were very patient in the first place. Regardless of "being very busy with other customers", an acknowledgement of presence in your business literally takes less than five seconds. We had cash in hand and are enjoying our hot tub from another location.
