Victor Luce founded Luce Contracting in 2018, following more than two decades of working in the construction industry. As a kid growing up in New Caney, Texas, Victor accepted his first construction job when he was twelve years old and his father tasked him with straightening a coffee can of bent nails.
From there, a determination to set things straight, build solid structures, and construct beautiful spaces for his customers, grew. As a teenager, Victor relocated to New Hampshire and, at the age of 16, began apprenticing with his uncles, business owners who ran home building and excavation operations.
Starting as a laborer, Victor learned framing, finish work and carpentry, flooring, and roofing. His diverse experience and skillset culminated in his current specialities in framing, finish work, and flooring. While working for his uncles and, most recently, for Massachusetts-based Top Notch Contracting, Victor picked up sidework whenever possible.

If there was a choice of O stars, I would choose that. There is no number low enough to accurately represent how bad my experience was with this contractor. There were numerous red flags right from the get-go, but my girlfriend and I decided to give him a chance because he came to us as a referral (hard to believe now that there Is someone who had a good enough experience with him that they would refer his work to other people, unless they they really don't like the people they refer him to. Initially no issues, but as time progressed they spent 5 weeks with no call no show with their material at my house. When I called them they said they would show up the next day. Note it took forever to get a response from my text. I alleviated themselves of their duties and asked to be reimbursed for the work that was not done. I was reimbursed a check of 300 dollars that bounced. How does a business not have 300 dollars in their business account? When I asked to be reimbursed the NSF I was charged, he refused. Thy are unorganized and unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle.

This review is LONG overdue, but necessary as Victor and his team were amazing to work with on our addition and bedroom, and barn. My husband and I have rounded the corner of a year in our new house, lots of projects that we have been working on and it is now slowing enough to enjoy. The spaces that Luce Contruction helped us are beautiful. I was sitting in the one pictured below the other day, taking it all in, and it dawned on me that this was physically created by this team.
