Excellent! I am very happy with the results. I had them refinish the existing floors and install a large section of hardwood floor. Ray is great, he is very nice and a pleasure to deal with. He communicates with you the whole way and his crew did a fantastic job blending the new floor with the existing floor. The finishing is great and looks seamless and like new. They gave me a good price and his crew were polite and professional. I would recommend them and use them again if I ever need flooring in the future.

We had sanding and refinishing done throughout the house and new vinyl floors in two rooms. Since we have a dog, pool, and lots of natural light, Raymond recommended a luxury vinyl flooring. Raymond is very knowledgeable about floors and wood species. He's kind of like the Yoda of floors. From the beginning, he was very accommodating and communicated well throughout the whole process. He sent us pictures with the progress and his staff cleaned up very well after they were done. He has a storefront with a good variety and available for questions in the future should we have any.

We LOVE our floors! From the moment my husband and I stepped into the showroom to the end of the installation we were very happy. Raymond took the time to explain all the different types of vinyl plank flooring and and the pros and cons of the different brands. The installation was completed in one day and the two installers were very polite and professional. Raymond came to our home the morning of the installation and returned at the end of the installation to make sure we were pleased with the work and asked if we had any questions or concerns.

As part of a general home improvement project, we pulled up carpet and found much to our dismay an old vinyl flooring not to our liking. Since we were in the middle of the work we had to find a floor fast. We checked out a few of the larger retailers but found the reviews for the third party installers they used were bad. Raymond Yu was very professional with sanding and refinishing my floors. He had very competent, clean and courteous workmen; excellent equipment (virtually little to no dust); and they were always punctual with their start/stop times. They were careful around the molding and other areas around the house, and they cleaned up daily. The results were excellent and I would highly recommend them.
