Jeff was so helpful to us. We only bought hardware but he guided me on how to install it myself and loaned me a jig to assist in drilling the holes for the hardware. Also very patient and helpful in going through all the samples of hardware, and I was able to get all the knobs with in a week. Thanks Jeff and Corey.

No apparent Covid precautions.
Their website says due to Covid they only accept appointments. After making an appointment for a 3 room cabinet replacement we were disappointed to find no one had masks on or any other precautions were seen. Due to our low immunity we decided to leave even when our salesman said "Ohh, I can put a mask on if you'd like". I can only assume their construction crew has the same disregard for customer safety.

From start to finish, Leslie our designer helped us with our kitchen counter tops. Leslie offered advise and took the time to give suggestions about our kitchen. In the end, a perfect kitchen. The counter tops were installed without a hitch and even added a window ledge cover that wasn't talked about before the design. We could not be happier with the customer service and all of our experiences. Thank you Leslie!!!!

I went to their store in Redlands and spoke with one of the ladies on the desk and she was very good and told me right away the prices. I came the next day to choose the material for a countertop. Chose it and Renee told that she will call me for the price of the material. I waited, waited, and waited. Finally I called and Renee said Oh, yeah I remember you. This is what is going to cost. I said thank you and I'm not going there again.

After a few days of shopping around at Lowe's, Home Depot, and a few other local stores, I stopped by Cabinet Factories for a quote. Karen and the rest of the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and upfront about timelines and cost. Long story short, I ended up getting the best price from Cabinet Factories out of everywhere I shopped. The cabinets came early and were installed within about four hours. My kitchen remodel is next on my list and I'll definitely be using their services again!

I came to Cabinet Factories Outlet for cabinets for my mud room. I had an idea of what I wanted and Jeff brought it to life on his computer, in less than 20 minutes. I ordered a kitchen faucet from another store and could never get a specific date of when it would arrive. After a few frustrating phone calls I cancelled the order. I decided to try Cabinet Factories Outlet. When I arrived I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile from Caren. I was very specific about the type of faucets I was looking. I set an appointment over the phone to go in and get some quotes for my kitchen. When I arrived I had to wait for someone to greet me. Didn't even get a hello. Waited for about 20 mins after finally someone helped me. The lady that helped me had no knowledge on any of my questions. It was honestly absurd. I would rather spend more and go to home-depot. Save your cash and go else where.

Okay. Let's start with the good. This is a nice location on state street. It's bigger than it looks, so there is more stock than you would think. There is a fair bit of options to choose from. The pricing is... okay. There were many deals on the floor that were quite nice for that one floor model or piece.

I read the reviews and was off put by a couple not nice ones. But I thought what the heck even though I'm not using them for my home project I wanted to get an idea of cabinets & Quartz. I must say Randa was fabulous super nice, helped me find a Quartz color from a picture I had been searching for. Insisted I check out some stuff to get an idea of a color scheme, just great so helpful. I'm not sure about there quality as I did not use them for my project but as far as being helpful, courteous and nice top notch!!!!

One of the worst run places I have been to since I started looking at cabinets and countertop. Jordan was the associate whom told me on the phone they are better priced than most. When I asked what the labor charge would be on an install, he said they do not separate the cost, which is an automatic flag to me. Then I go in and Jordan helps me. He knows almost nothing about what I asked, all of which were regarding product in the store. As much as I hate making large purchases at Home Depot and such, they had MUCH better service and prices.

I was Very, Very happy with Cabinet Factories outlets work. I got estimates from three companies, and I was actually quite happy with 1 other company but Jeff and Renee was very knowledgeable of not only there products but there vision & design as well!

What can I say about cabinet factories outlet? Nothing but positive things. The prices of the kitchen and bath cabinets beat any of the big named places every time. When I purchased my maple cabinets from Jeff, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of every different cabinet they offered.
