Services
We hired Aaron to add an additional 500 square feet to our house and remodel a few existing rooms. We had interviewed 5 general contractors over the course of 2 years before being referred to Aaron L Rund Construction. Aaron immediately understood our project, was excited to work with us, and returned a reasonable, detailed estimate within days.

We have had 2 very positive experiences with Aaron. The first one was a total renovation of our kitchen 2016. He was very helpful when 500 gallons of gray water was discovered underneath the house. He urged me to contact our insurance company and then arranged to have it pumped out. All of the subcontractors he hired were polite and professional. Aaron stopped by every morning to check on work progress and answer questions. Each evening he contacted us by text or email telling us what he work he expected to be done the next day. We really appreciated Aaron’s attention to the project.

We had a great experience with Aaron! We remodeled a bathroom, enclosed the laundry room and added on a large living room with a covered patio. He was great throughout the entire process, very communicative and detail oriented. He was patient with all of our questions and always quick to respond. He stayed on budget and on schedule, even after an unexpected septic issue, which he also helped us to resolve. We really enjoyed working with him throughout the entire process and are hoping to work with him again on future projects! Highly recommended!

Aaron Rund is a very reliable person. I found that Aaron set up a time line and stayed on track with the time line he gave us. This was very important to Aaron and also to us as well. Aaron went out of his way to make sure we were very happy with his crew, and that all the sub contractors were there when they were supposed to be. Aaron has remodeled our Kitchen and Bathroom above and beyond our expectations. We are looking to someday add on to our house and Aaron L. Rund Construction will definitely be our top priority to call.
