I had first hand observation and knowledge to the limited functionality of my store bought security system.
The demo was excellent and allowed "ME" the decision to go with Metropolitan Security Cameras instead of my store bought system. They AIM to PLEASE. We are very satisfied with the surveillance camera system installed by Metropolitan Security at our parking garage! They took the time to listen and fully understand our security concerns throughout our parking garage facility.
They were very professional and their high-definition cameras allow us to clearly see and capture video of incidents breaking our entry/exit mechanical gates, but random acts of vandalism and car break-ins. We'll be using Metropolitan Security again to add-on additional security cameras as our needs grow at our other parking facilities.
