We bought a living room set from Old Mill, Smith brothers was the brand. Terrible quality yet pricey, service was very bad ( actually no service)from Old Mill as well as Smith Brothers, they never were willing to resolve our issues, would not recommend either one.

Purchased a Catnapper Chair. It was not setting level and something happened so that the chair mechanism was not closing evenly. A repair person came and looked at it soon after the purchase and said that it was fine. We are older folks and did not move it until several months later only to discover it had scrapped and gouged the laminate flooring in our living room. Two requests followed with no results to come and fix it. One time in person the second a phone call. Sales personnel are nice, but customer service on repair is non-existent. I find it hard to even give one star.

The furniture is of a very high quality and offered at a reasonable price. The employees are very helpful and offer sound advice. The furniture is delivered at no cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in good furniture.
