Wanted a deep clean before moving into a new house and was not satisfied with the service. There wasn’t any furniture to dust or worry about I wanted focus to be on cleaning baseboards, window sills etc and there were a lot of missed spots. Window sills were left dusty, empty kitchen cabinets weren’t touched, the only good job was on the baseboards. Also wasn’t made aware that we needed to provide paper towels, so we didn’t have many on hand. Not worth it for the price.

Moving is insane enough, so I'm really glad I went with Manchester! From first contact to after payment, every person I was in touch was so polite and professional. I had to reschedule over and over again, and Mike was so accommodating, and the lovely cleaning ladies left there house looking so good. It even smells great despite a cat urine smell that was there before! I know who I'm contacting in the future!

Cant express enough how thrilled my husband and I (daughter too) are to see the final job! Mike and his partner were EXCELLENT! Super polite and very approachable. Our house is impeccable and smells great. They got ever corner and crevice there was to find. From the bathrooms/tub to the floors to the kitchen/microwave down to the windows/ceiling fans everything is just PERFECT. We will be making this a "normal thing" Trust me you wont be disappointed.

I just had a deep cleaning done by Manchester - the ladies left about 15 minutes ago and I can tell you that my house has never had such good attention paid. It's smelling good and there are lots of little details like fancy folded towel, tissues, and toilet paper. They were extremely thorough - they took apart my stove to clean it, moved furniture that hadn't been moved and ages, and were kind enough to place new paper towel under the toilet brush in the bathroom! I'm excited to have the start their maintenance service in two weeks.

Called for a quote, quick response with availability the next day. The appointment time came and went... I called and owner apologized, said he accidentally wrote the next day on his calendar (luckily I could still make myself available)... next day, appointment time came and I get a call saying they don't even service my area?!?! Couldn't you have told me that 2 days prior when I gave you my address??? Needless to say, because of their lack of attention to detail, I've been a prisoner to my house for the past two days... all for nothing. Not the type of people I'd want cleaning

I just had my house cleaned for the first time with Manchester Cleaning and I will definitely be a repeat customer. The house was spotless and smelled great when I came home. They even left all these little decorative touches by folding our towels, tissues, and toilet paper like they do at hotels!

Really disappointed in Mike S. from Manchester Cleaning especially after seeing the great reviews on their yelp page. I reached out around 10PM on 9/25/17 with our cleaning wish list and to request a quote/ schedule a time for them to come by. Mike was extremely prompt in replying within less than 12 hours asking if we were looking for a one time cleaning. I replied back the same day (9/26), that I thought we were only looking for the one cleaning, but could be open to quarterly deep cleanings as well. Cue the crickets... I NEVER heard back. I sent a follow up email on 9/30 asking again for their

Pop has cancer and my sister who lives with him now (full time worker and single mom + dog mom!) was having a hard time keeping up on everything- let's face it, Pop and kid are priority #1! That said, the house was in a major need of deep clean! They just finished up now and I can tell you that my sister was about to cry at how great a job they did and how much better she felt, and is so proud to have a clean house again. Can't put a price on that.

We have been using Manchester for a couple months now, every other week cleaning. So far, the service has been terrific. They are exceptional at making everything look tip top. We really appreciate how they clean floor corners and behind doors, and are thorough on dusting. (Previous companies often just use a swiffer and over time the furniture looks dull, plus I have stone and rustic unfinished wood which needs a vacuum.) Their only quirk is that things don't always end up back in the same place, but that is a small thing and it shows they actually moved things to clean them.

I found Manchester Cleaning through Yelp after having a miserable experience with a larger company. Michael returned my call quickly and came out to meet us within 24 hours. I contacted Manchester Cleaning via Yelp to clean my father's house for him. I got a very prompt reply from Michael the owner. He sent the A-Team to do the job, and the house is spotless. They were efficient, very pleasant and extremely attentive and careful with all of the delicate objects. Acir and Maria are dynamos. They never stopped and their work is meticulous. They truly know what they are doing.
After they departed, I did notice that there were two things missing from the house - dust and dirt!
I will happily schedule regular cleaning services with Manchester Cleaning.
