We began servicing Gwinnett County in Spring of 2005 and have experienced growth each year. We attribute this growth to our loyal customers and desire to please every customer, every time.
Each gutter cleaning is completed using a back pack leaf blower to clear debris from all gutters and downspouts. Our crews use a rope and harness as well as specialized roofing boots (designed for gripping asphalt shingles) for the safety of our employees as well as to prevent damage to roofs. If the gutters are full and the downspouts are clogged they will be unable to function properly.
Gutter Pro uses the latest technology in cleaning methods. We use a low pressure house wash system that utilizes cleaning agents to remove mold, mildew, and algae from the surface of your home. Letting mold, mildew, and algae grow on your home not only makes your home look poorly kept, but can actually cause damage to your paint.

I contacted them on recommendation of neighbor. I told them I had gutter covers at the time of the quote. I was not at home when service was done and paid the invoice upon receipt. Later I noticed one of the covers on the ground, and then water overflowing the gutter. When I contacted them, they told me that the quote was just for blowing off the roof! They said there is an extra charge for removing the covers. I wanted the gutters cleaned out and had they told me that was needed at the time of service, I would have said yes. Instead, the tech blew off the roof ( which wasn’t even needed) and

This local business responded promptly, gave a very reasonable estimate, provided a quick appointment time, arrived as scheduled, notified us prior to arrival, allowed contactless service, did a good job. The men who did our job (Eli, Allen, and Ben) were professional, quick, pleasant, efficient, and they cleaned up the debris.
Sadie, the scheduler, is pleasant and efficient and answers all questions.

The 2 guys that came out to clean out gutters we're great. It was cold and wet outside but they were very professional. I had concerns about the gutters pulling away from the house but I didn't mention it to them. After they were done they sent me the invoice and also emailed me a quote for reattaching the gutters. They did not try and upsale anything and only quoted additional work that they thought would be needed. I just accepted the quote because of the great experience we had with them cleaning the gutters.

I always recommended Gutterpro on Nextdoor and to my friends/neighbors-BUT this time am NOT! Yes they blew off the gutters-but mess in front yard AND did not blow off the back patio like ALWAYS to the edge of front yard! We do not use bags
just have to get to edge of lawn in front yard-big pile in back I now have to try and get there before it rains in 2 days AND also clean up front yard! NEVER AGAIN- unless they make it right! Purchased a voucher on LivingSocial for gutter cleaning. Scheduled the service, told the young lady who scheduled the appointment that the house had screens on the gutters. When the arrived they refused to clean my gutters because of the screens, saying there would be an up-charge. I was willing to pay the up charge right then, but they still refused and left. Then when I called to complain they were extremely rude. I do not recommend using this company.

We have used them twice
1st time was a Groupon voucher for $135. They did exactly what we paid for....clean the gutters. They called prior to arrival. Only complaint was they didn't check in with me prior to leaving during the 1st visit.
We are now selling our house and are using them again. Megan returned my call within 5 minutes of me leaving a voicemail. She provided great customer service and honored the yelp pricing of $89. They were able to schedule me the next day for service.

Ok, so I found thIs company on Craigslist. I didn't look at them on Yelp and if I had, I probably would have been scared away. Regardless of the past reviews, they did a great job. They were right on time, were able to take a credit card on the spot, cleaned up after themselves and were really nice. I would use them again.

I purchased a Groupon and called for an appointment. They came out on the scheduled day. They did a thorough job of cleaning the gutters. The washed off any debris from the side of the house, front porch and back deck. This is the second time I've used Gutter Pro and will continue to use them in the future.

Gutter Pro anything but professional. Stay far far away. Bought their LivingSocial deal and had to first wait three weeks for an appointment. Then they cancel my appointment at 3pm on the day of the service. It should be noted I called them at 9:30am to find out when they were coming. Left a message. No way to get anyone on the phone. They finally rescheduled showed up at 10am and inform that the gutters were frozen and would return in 2 hours. They never returned. These guys are the worst. Now I'm stuck trying to get a refund from LivingSocial.

Horrible. They need work on customer service. I found a Group so thought I'd give a shot. Had an appointment scheduled for Monday. I have an outdoor dog and had to lock him up for this. Monday came and went - nothing. I left several voicemails and had no response. Finally Wednesday came and they called me back telling me that someone would be out on Thursday. They said between 9-1 (I explained I had to lock up my dog so needed to have an idea of time). Its 2pm...nothing. I left them a message telling them to scrap it and I will get my money back from Groupon.

I had a great experience with Gutter Pro yesteday. I purchased a voucher through Living Social. I called to schedule the appointment and they had an opening in my area the same day. They cleaned the gutters thoroughly, and left NO mess. I had some nails sticking out from my gutters from the heaviness of all the leaves, and they even repaired that for me at no charge.

So I purchased this deal on Groupon and scheduling was easy. They gave me a day and said they would give me a time that morning which they did. They were here during the 2 hour window they set and it only took them about 30 minutes. They cleaned up the debris and even blew the driveway. Other reviews talked about hidden fees and gutter guard issues. They were quick and thorough and I was prepared to give them 4 stars BUT THEN I realized my gutter guards are gone. Purchased gutter cleaning from Groupon. Called Gutter Pro to schedule cleaning. Shane called and said I was outside their area and would have to charge $10 extra. I looked at coupon and it was there in the fine print. Agreed. He and another young man came to clean. Informed me that it would be $15 extra with gutter guards. I agreed since it was more work and he said he'd drop the $10 distance charge. I had 4 of 9 gutter joints that leaked and asked about sealing them. He said that for 9 it would be $65. I was contemplating this and he came back with a flat $50 and he'd waive

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but my experience with this company began May 8, after 3 attempts to schedule gutter cleaning and pressure washing service - finally, 2 days later I was put on the books for Saturday, May 25.
Two young men showed up unannounced Thursday, May 23 to clean the gutters (yes, 2 days earlier than I had expected). Gutters were indeed thoroughly cleaned but the mess left behind was a disaster!
I wouldn't be writing this review if they had returned this past Saturday as originally scheduled to clean the house (siding, windows, patios, outdoor furniture, etc
