BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They lie lie lie! All of them! Have been waiting for a refund for a month in half for the parts they sent that were incorrect! they give me the non stop run around finally had enough and called my bank today to dispute the transaction! I will be contacting Viking gate systems as well since they referred them to me!!!

Terrible customer service. The automatic gate I ordered had a faulty arm. I let them know through several emails with photos of the broken arm and 10 calls over a couple months. Finally they told me to find the serial number. There wasn't one where they said to look on the arm. When I called Nice Apollo to ask where it was they said serial numbers weren't necessary for returns - so why did LA Ornamental put me through that? Then LA Ornery asked for my address. Obviously, they hadn't worked on my case for 2 months. After more calls, I finally got the ok to return it to them

Used the "Buy It Again" function to buy a remote from them, as I wanted the exact same one as I had purchased twice previously. Got something totally different. I contacted them through Amazon, I received an email with an excuse about the wrong item, and a phone number to call. Phone number has a COVID message telling me to email another email address. I did so with pictures and gave them multiple methods to contact me. Never heard from them again.

Ordered gate arm for replacement, company called next day to tell me it wasn't in stock, he didn't think the one I ordered was the one I needed, had me send pics with measurements, overnighted me what he said I needed' was the wrong one wasn't even close to measurements I sent him. asked for refund, he kept the $300.00 shipping charge,for shipping me wrong one,asked why I didn't get shipping back, no response.

Suggest avoiding this merchant. Wrong item received. After several attempts finally received Return Authorization Number. Send back item immediately in new, original condition and box. Received by merchant. Despite several emails to merchant received no response or refund. Merchant was reported to FL BBB and Consumer Protection Agency.

I didn't receive next day as indicated I would so I called and they said it went out late yesterday and would have it another day! Than I ask to send me tracking number and they email and says another 3 days? ? Terrible service! Stay away lousy and worst losers in the world!

La ornamental & rack, they are one of the most unprofessional company to do business with. We ordered a gate for a job our company is doing. They sent the gate without the motor to operate it. After countless of attempts by my father and I Johnny who works at this location claims the part would be sent. Almost 3 days later the part still has yet to be sent. They are unprofessional, and definitely bad for business. I would advise anyone to sway from doing business with them.

Like someone else said.. don't waste your time. We were shipped the WRONG model motor, called 2 days in a row to be argued with when we have email confirmation of the model needed versus model sent. Instead of just sending a return label (which a company should do), they asked us to SEND IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Uhm, no. WE are not responsible for your orders. YOU ARE. so now we're paying the $80 to ship it back to them. Ridiculous.

Don't waste your time with these guys. I ordered a sliding gate off their website recently. Well it turns out it was a swing gate (even though It was labeled slide gate). They make me pay to send it back, but then send me a return label after I've sent them the tracking info claiming they tried to get a return label for the mistake. Well I get the right gate without the radio transmitter a week later... I call them to find out that they wont send me the part I paid for because the manager apparently puts them in the box himself. Beware this company. I ordered a part and paid via credit card 10 days ago. Ten days later they called me and said the part would be twice the price that was advertised. I wasted 10 days waiting for them to tell me they had bait and switched the price?? Cancelled my order and ordered elsewhere. Beware bad business!! Ordered a gate opener system, they sent a wrong part to start, I sent it back along with a wired key pad that I ordered and needed to exchange it for a wireless keypad. I put them in the same box. I paid for the new one and was told was soon as the return showed up id get a refund. Been a month and no refund. Was told they didnt recieve the keypad and would look into it ,promised return calls that never happen. Ralph is still giving me the run around to this day, I'm out $250.00. Wish I would have seen these reviews first.

This company is the biggest joke I have ever witnessed or been a part of. In short, I have a signed contract and have been waiting over 5 months for an installation date. They tried to get more money for permits after signed contract, we said no, and now they won't even come by to do the work, with a signed contract. PLEASE - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Customer Service, professionalism, attention to detail, and many others are simply not part of their vocabulary. I paid for an intercom/gate system. I did not receive what I paid for. The keypad did not light up as it should. Jonathan was the first person I dealt with; totally rude and unprofessional-not helpful so I asked to speak with Arthur (aka the manager, sic). What a joke.
They KNOWINGLY sent me a defective product twice. Another gate professional contacted the manufacturer to help move things along. Ordered a keypad from them and they forgot (oops!) to include the transmitter. But they would get it right out in the mail....Right.....10 days later, now they expect me to assemble their product and then it doesn't work, so it must be my fault, right?
Well, no. You see.....I've installed several openers, gates, keypads, and remotes -- as a matter of fact I ordered a keypad from a different company just this week and had it installed in about fifteen minutes. Works fine.
But anyway, back to these misfits ---- so they get the return, but they won't refund

I have never experienced such of a bad business. I placed an order of brackets on November 10 and till this day I haven't received my order. This company is in Miami, the order is for Tampa and it's only a 4hr drive. I know from experience it doesn't take this long if the items placed were in stock. I have to stop my operation cause of bad business. I call and can't even get a tracking number. That's even more disturbing. We live in a new era now to even give excuses that you are waiting for the shipping department to post it. I was getting the brackets from Tampa Steel
