Our founder, Frank Garcia has worked and studied HVAC/R his entire adult life. He has an Associates of Applied Science in HVAC/R and he is a N.A.T.E certified technician. Mr. Garcia prides himself on hard work and his clients never know when the owner himself will show up at their door for an appointment.

Services Report

If you decide to replace, we will do a load calculation, which is a computer printout showing how big a system you need and why. New variable-speed air conditioners' compressors operate at different speeds depending on the need for cooling. Rather than being only 100% on or off, they have several different speeds.

Danny arrived on time. He was very professional and I felt he was being honest about the work that needed to be done. I did not realize that carbon monoxide was leaking through a coil, that God knows who put duck tape around it. Danny went to retrieve the part needed. I hardly come across service contracts that I'm impressed with. I was surprised and impressed when I spoke to April at Thermal Heating and Cooling. I messaged her on Facebook Messenger and we went through the whole process mostly via chat! She was very responsive, provided me an amazing rate for our AC coil replacement, considered all my requests, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Our AC broke, Saturday Memorial Day weekend! Within 2 hours of contacting April for help, we had our unit fixed. Fast excellent service! 10/10 would recommend. We will be using them in the future. I cannot thank this company enough! We've been dealing with A/C issues for weeks because the company the home warranty company sent was awful. The other company wasn't going to come out for 5 days. FIVE DAYS!!! IN Texas heat!!! After getting frustrated and extremely hot we followed the recommendation of a neighbor and called THC. Finally found an AC company I can trust! They installed our unit a couple years ago after a recommendation from a friend. The process was wonderful and cost much less than others. We also recently just had it serviced and an unintentional issue happened and we had a leak. They took full responsibility and fixed everything! Great customer service from start to finish. I noticed a change in temperature in my home this week. I messaged them on Sunday evening and received a quick reply with contact info. Called Monday morning and was given a few trouble shooting tips and scheduled an appt. Frank came out within an hour. He checked it out, took pictures and let me know what the problem was. He fixed my problem and my home is back to cooling like it did before. I found him to be friendly, professional, and well informed. Based on my experience I would recommend their services.
