We recently had a great experience ordering carpet and flooring from Madison. We had carpet installed in our living room and vinyl flooring in our entry room area. Brittany was very helpful in showing us all the options available at Madison & very patient while we made our decisions. Worked with Joe Sr. over the past two years to remodel all of the rooms in our house. Madison replaced all the carpets, and sold us tiles for the bathrooms and kitchen backsplash. I was able to replace the kitchen floor as a DYI project, as Joe helped us pick out laminate tiles and gave us helpful tips. Would definitely buy from this store again and recommend them to friends.

Madison Tile was so wonderful to deal with from start-to-finish! From the moment that I first walked into their store, they spent so much time with me answering all my many questions and helping me to find warmer tone tile and grout for my backsplash. I had looked at other tile stores before, who never gave me the time of day since my job was pretty small! Brittany and Joe helped me to get the look I wanted. Their tile installer did a beautiful job too! He was very precise, organized, and thorough! I highly recommend Madison Tile Carpet One!

When other companies told us we couldn’t install vinyl plank floor in our basement floor, the installer from Madison prepped the floor and installed the flooring with no issue. Our project was small and some companies wanted to charge us for triple the square foot of our project… Madison only charged us for the footage we had. The floor looks great and I definitely will use them in the future!

I have used Madison Tile for both my kitchen and bathroom remodel. The expertise and helpfulness of the staff is second to none, which is essential for the buyers ease of mind. The selection is plentiful with a price point for every budget. I highly recommend this wonderful family owned business. Their attention to detail is unmatched, for example, the labeling on the tile packages from the manufacturer was confusing which lead me to believe I had the wrong tile, but one phone call to Brittany and she told me that they had already opened all of the boxes at the warehouse and checked to make sure

We absolutely love our new bathroom! Brittany took all the nervousness out of the process. I walked in so overwhelmed & she immediately calmed me down and took me thru step-by-step picking out tub tile, flooring, and wall tile. She was so patient with me when I changed my mind multiple times! She was always very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Madison!

From day one in selecting our carpet and pad to the measuring and installation, we were always treated as if we were their top priority. Joe Sr and his entire staff define professionalism. I never considered, nor will I ever consider any one else to meet any of my flooring or carpet needs. Madison’s employees are true craftsmen. Their patience and sincerity cannot be out done. I have personally dealt with Madison Carpet for over 35 years and hope to do business with them for another 35 years.
