The crew at Redding servpro-redding was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. They removed tile in kitchen and adjacent room. and also the kitchen cabinets due to water damage. They were professional, and courteous at all times. The office communicated to me daily when the crew would be arrive. My wife and I were very satisfied with the job. We were very satisfied with all the Servpro employees that came to our house and helped to remedy a water leak from our refrigerator water line. Everyone that served us was polite, took care with our belongings, had a great attitude and always asked how we wanted things done. Tony and Eric were especially helpful today bringing things back into our house from the storage pod. We would highly recommend this business.

First of all, thank you Mike Elkins for the quick response in getting this cleanup started. The two men doing the job, Marty and Tom were very professional! They helped during a very stressful time by explaining step by step the process of cleaning up my extensive water damage in my kitchen area. They went above and beyond to keep the mess contained and not let it affect the entire other living areas. Marty and Eric did a great job of cleaning up my sewage spill. They were very thorough, very courteous and explained everything more than one time if I asked them. The cleanup went smoothly including extra help I needed to finish up the job. I feel they both went out of their way to help me out. I highly recommend Marty and Eric for their professional, courteous and knowledgeable expertise on such a necessary job. Local school in Shasta County has SERVPRO come in annually to clean the carpets. The staff is friendly and professional. The carpet in the classrooms look great and are spot free. The rooms even smell clean! SERVPRO does an amazing job for us each and every year. Eric and his twin brother are great and professional representatives for SERVPRO.
