Very professional. Brought towels and booties to make sure nothing was drug through my house as we just got our floors redone! Ever since the clean we have had less dust mites everywhere! The before and after on our floor vents is amazing! I wish I would have called them sooner, I will soon be moving to a new condo and will be calling them again to do them over there!

Do not use. They would take the spinning thing out of the register while still spinning making dust go all over the house. Did not use booties walking with shoes all over my clean carpet. Then when they were done got a mirror and flashlight ducts were far from clean. Called the phone number back no help. Do not waist your money you will have to clean your house when they are done and still have unclean ducts. RE to owner response yes they did my job have the bill right in front of me my name on the bill is my nickname and I did call you just blew me off.

Had a rat infestation and after taking care of that problem I looked around at all the vent cleaning companies and really liked the way sarkos describe their process so I made an appointment. First of all they dont run the camera all the way in so that's a lie. Then proceeded to tell my wife that the ducts were falling apart and that there was some liquid in them so they couldn't do the full job because it would ruin their equipment. So instead of packing up and walking away from the job like a professional company would do they ran their vacuum in each vent a little bit , packed up asked for payment

My husband and I purchased a house that sat empty for a year before we moved in. We wanted to have the vents cleaned because when the heat kicked on this fall, our entire family started having sinus issues. We contacted Sarko's Video Assisted Air Duct Cleaning and they come out to clean the vents...or so we thought. Upon starting the job, the hose became clogged and the service men began showing frustration which, was very evident. They filled two canisters of a vacuum from our vents then told me that they did not get everything but they were done. They left all the vents covers off the vents items

We were going to go with a competitor, but after speaking to Gary and getting a price quote, we decided to go with Sarko instead. We were not disappointed! They beat their competitor by $100 at least. They used a brush system to clean our vents and used camera's to evaluate our vents before and after they were cleaned. Gary and his helper (I'm sorry I can't remeber his name) were polite, professional, prompt, and relatively quick in their work. We can already tell a difference when the furnace blows.
