Captain clog is amazing, a bunch of nice guys. Had a sewer backup, they came and got the line opened back up but unfortunately a week later we had the same issue,we called and they came out immediately, got the line back open and did not charge us a dime,thanks so much Captain clog.

We had a back up in our basement Wednesday June 16,2021. I immediately called Captain Clog and spoke to a very nice young lady who stated someone would be out that day. (we have previously used Captain Clog ). Within 20 minutes , she called back and said someone would be out shortly.
Within 60 minutes after initial contact , our drain was unclogged. The two young men who performed the work were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend Captain Clog !!

We've had some sewer backups and they've been amazing. They came out on New Years day within just a few hours. They came out again middle of January and re-cleaned the pipes free of charge as part of their guarantee. We had to call them again a few days ago and this time they brought their CAMERA which is super cool and found the reason behind our recurring issue! I definitely recommend them!

I had contact with 3 employees to unclog my sewer drain.Seth was the first gentleman I dealt with he was very courteous and explained what he thought the problem was. The second dealing was with Jeremy and Ricardo these 2 gentleman worked extremely hard to scrap my pipes they were both very courteous and informative but went above and beyond to take care of my needs

Jeremy and Ricardo showed up on time. They were both very professional and friendly. They fixed the clogged toilet and gave valuable suggestions to avoid a clog in future.
