After the owner and founder of Asphalt Coating and Supplies served our country in the United States Navy, he started in the asphalt business in 1970. After being in the seal coat and asphalt maintenance business for twenty years, Ron Barker was not happy with the quality of sealer available in the Central San Joaquin Valley and decided to start a manufacturing plant of his own.
