My experience with Jerry and his team has been great. Initially I didn’t think the hot tub would fit based on my yard measurements and those of the tub. Jerry reassured me that since we had and inch and a half to spare his guys could make it work. On installation day there were no problems it worked as he predicted. Since that time, I have been back for products and answers to various questions. Jerry has always provided great service which makes me feel confident that I will always be able to enjoy the hot tub as much as the first day it was installed.

We have our third Hot Springs hot tub. It is our favorite thing, it gives our aging bodies a dose of physical therapy each and every day. We didn’t buy this hot tub from Tampa Bay Hot Tubs - but they have honored the Hot Springs Hot Tub warranties! Their technician, Kevin was able to troubleshoot a problem with our jets....even though it was a concern, he proved that our electrician was wrong. We are so impressed with this company! They will be servicing our hot tub from now on and when we get our next Hot Springs tub we will buy it from them! They are awesome! Their product is by far the absolute

Buying a hot tube through the Racetrack Road location has been an awesome experience from sale to install and setup. Dave helped us choose the perfect spa and was great walking us through the extra challenges of buying a hot tub mid-pandemic.
Our original hot tub became back ordered, but he was able to help us find an equivalent model at a great price and in a timely manner. We are very happy with the results and glad we went with them!

Jerry was great through the whole process. We had to wait a while for the hot tub because of COVID, but it was well worth it. He kept us informed when the shipment was finally coming. He explained everything that we needed to do beforehand so we were prepared when delivery day arrived. They did a great job fitting the tub between our fence with no issues. All went smooth and now we finally get to relax! Thank you, Jerry!

We bought our Hot tub from Jerry at the Brandon location. We got there on a Sunday at 3:30pm. We didn't realize they closed at 3pm on Sunday. Jerry was still there closing up and was happy to spend time with us explaining the differences between Hot Spring and the competitors brand we were looking at. He never made us feel rushed or hurried even though it was after hours for him and he also wasn't a pushy or pressure salesman, he just talked features and benefits of Hot Spring spas. The delivery and installation team was fantastic also. This is our 4th hot tub but first Hot Spring spa
