Worked with Cody Sims who met with our insurance adjuster to explain damage to the roof from hail.
Cody continually checked in to make sure the work was progressing and work was done professionally. Additionally, he requested that the workers double checked my yard with magnets, making sure no nails were left in the yard that might injure my two dogs.
I was surprised how quickly the job was finished and my new roof and gutters look great.

Luke from Colt Construction did an awesome job from start to finish on our roof. He was flexible with scheduling & promptly answered all of our calls and questions. They worked with our insurance to speed up the process and finished the install ahead of schedule and on budget. Luke keeps his word and does great work.

Colt Construction was a pleasure to work with to get my roof replaced due to hail damage in the middle of the COVID pandemic. They stepped in to move the insurance company along and made is a very smooth painless process. Super professional and friendly. Staff checked in regularly to make sure I understood the process, next steps and answered all my questions. Installers took great care before and after to protect gardens, plants, siding/brick on the house and make sure all the nails and detritus were picked up once they were done installing to keep my doggo's safe from injury.

They have come in twice to fix the messes that another roofing company left me with. They are responsive and communicate well and they actually fix leaks and stand by their work. I’d hire them again in an instant. They’ll probably have to come back often to continue to repair the poor roof the other roofers couldn’t fix right.

Luke is an energetic, do the right thing, kind of guy! He has replaced the roof for 3 family members and I have recommended him to several friends. This past summer, my husband and I put our house on the market, and were in desperate need of a new roof. This was the first house that we had ever bought and now were selling. Luke Anderson, with Colt Construction, had seen that our house was for sell, and decided to stop by and talk with us about our roof and what all the process entailed. We are so thankful that he did! When the inspection came back, and was advised that we needed to replace the roof, we called Luke immediately and got the ball rolling. I had used Luke at Colt to do a roof replacement in Allen a few years back. When we needed another replacement after storms in our new home, he responded. It was great as he came and met with the adjuster during their inspection, was flexible and accommodating to our needs and scheduling and was able to complete the work on time and completely well done. So now I have had them replace 2 roofs on 2 different homes and would strongly recommend him.

I’ve known Luke all my life, and although he’s a good friend, I have to say—he has earned our family’s business as well as my clients’. There are countless roofers and contractors in DFW, making it very difficult to know who the good guys are.
