Positive: Professionalism, Quality
I wanted to get an annual inspection as there was a ton of debris around the outside unit. Plus my AC is older. Desert Air css as me out, answered all my questions, did a great job of cleaning the unit. Plus the didn’t try to upset me to a new unit as the prior fixes were solid and doing great.

I'm so grateful for Mike at Desert State Air. My house is cool again. I loved how professional and knowlegeable the team was before the install, during and after. Mike communicated each step of the way. Showed up when they said they would. Did a great job. And, they left the site clean and tidy after the job was done.

Desert State Air was recommended to me when my heat went out on one of the coldest nights of the year. Mike came over and quickly diagnosed the issue, then went above and beyond to return the next morning (a Saturday) to replace the bad part and get the heater up and running. He was very fast, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend!!!
