Apparently they don't back up their promises and skip vital steps just to get the job done . The quality of the work was poor, unacceptable and not according to the manufacturers instructions. The services agreed upon were not fulfilled and we now have to find someone else to do the job properly. We would never recommend this contractor for any concrete resurfacing project.
