We recently had to have a spring replaced on our garage door. We have always used Adam's for this service. The person who came seemed a little crabby but no big deal. We decided we probably needed a new door as it is solid wood and heavy. The repair person took measurements and said the office would call me back with estimate. A week has gone by and no call. We did get estimate from other company and they actually installed today. Adam's you lost a customer.

We had our new door installed by Kenny. Our old door was rather loose in its tracks and would rattle in the wind. I mentioned it to Kenny and he said he would see what he could do. After he left I checked and the new door fits perfectly! He also installed the interior handle from the old door as new ones don’t come with them anymore. He was very polite and considerate. Everyone we have dealt with at Adam’s was very professional and friendly, especially those who answer the calls! HIGHLY recommend! Reasonably priced.

Its rare that any construction related project goes perfectly, and my ten year old commercial door in a hundred year old building has been no exception. We had a few glitches, but from the girls in the office to the guys who came out, it was clear that getting it perfect was really important to them. AND they even found a way to navigate my goofy schedule. Thank you!

I was referred to Adams by a friend, and my experience was great from start to finish! Missy was personable, friendly, and made sure she understood the issue I was having with my garage door. A tech was dispatched later that afternoon. The tech (George) was quick, and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I will be returning with any other door needs that come up!

I called Saturday night at about 8:30pm when my wife and I came home and our garage door belt decided to snap while opening our garage only about a foot off the ground. I somehow managed to reach Scott on the phone that night and He was very understanding and came out the next morning on Sunday, the day before Memorial Day. I can't express enough how good Scott was to diagnose and then actually fix our garage door and had it working better than it ever did before(we recently moved into the house and didn't really know any better). Scott completely saved the day and

We called Adams to replace our door and lift when our door stopped working. They came out right away and we put a deposit down on 11/21/18. On 12/12/18 they came out and installed everything. Kenny was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He removed our old door and lift and was very neat. Their price was fair and their service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. I was also glad that our West Seneca location was not to far for them since they are in Tonawanda. This company was hassle free and did not delay on getting the job done. I was very impressed

Great service, options, and prices! We weren't initially sure what kind of door we wanted, so Adams Door gave us samples to help us choose the perfect color, and provided several different quotes so that we could compare options. They also sent a technician out even before we placed our order, to ensure that the install would go as smoothly as possible. The door was delivered within a few weeks, right on time. They were very flexible with scheduling the install, and the install technician was skilled, efficient, and friendly.
