The store was run by the family only who worked 12-hour days, six days a week. They delivered furniture every morning. Then the store opened from noon to 9pm, when they would work the sales floor. Nine years later, Deckers expanded to what is the current location in Tiffin.

We ordered a couch and ottoman from this place. Paid for them and waited almost a year for it to come in. It was supposed to be brown, but they sent gray. After a reorder, the couch came in brown but the ottoman was still gray. Waited another year and we still have a gray ottoman and they feel it's ok and basically bailed on us. They feel this is an acceptable sale even though it's not what we purchased. Terrible company. I don't recommend at all.
