The service tech was a short older guy with a HORRIBLE attitude. He was 3 hours late, parked in my driveway, didn't say hello, had to have him go over his work several times. He left without saying goodbye or letting me know he was leaving. I have never experienced such rudeness. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Tub Doctor of Augusta remodeled my master bathroom.
Shower walls, tub, toilet, sink, and baseboards were to all match. They don't. See images. The tub and toilet match each other. The sink and one shower wall match each other. The other two shower walls match each other, but they have a green tint.
Shower wall opposite the showerhead is too short. The bottom of the wall does not meet at the tub. It shows what is behind the wall. The chalking is messy and clear making the emphasized.
Showerhead, faucet handle, spigot, and drain do not align one

I recently bought a 3 yr old house and master bathroom shower door wasn't closing all the way due to hinge problem, so I had deal with my realtor to have it fixed before I moved in, so he called Tub Doctor. They came out and messed up my whole door and told my realtor it needs to replaced due to improper installation when house was built. So asked my realtor to let them know to put it together so i will get a second opinion, they said they can't put it together the way it was it needs to be replaced. So I went to the house to check it out and reason they can't put it together the way it was, because

Had to have a walk-in corner shower re-caulked due to bad install by former owner. Tub Doctor was responsive, quick and did a professional job. I would use them again.

Tub Doctor did a fantastic job refinishing my 1950’s baby blue and Lima bean green cast iron bathtubs. They are fast, responsive and easy to work with. Kari is a delight to speak with on the phone and Jason did a great job spraying the tubs. He was very detailed and respectful of my house and didn’t overspray a drop. I would definitely recommend them!

Great service and price

I had a bad experience with Joy of St. Croix and I called the Tub Dr next. They came out the next day, gave me s quote the day after, completed the job 5 days after that. House sold first day for over asking price and bathrooms looked awesome. I'll for sure refer this company and use this company again.
