Just had our shed delivered a few days ago. The entire process, from first contact with Keith, to visiting the sites, to deciding on a design, to Keith visiting our site, to delivery on the date promised, was efficient and professional. Keith went over and above the customer service experience we have encountered with many other businesses. Keith is an excellent person to deal with, and I would be more than willing to use him again. He probably went above and beyond on correcting an issue with our new shed when it was delivered. However, the more closely I look at our unit the less impressed I am with the craftsmanship, and this would fall back to the builder.
