Victor learned all aspects of construction at a trade school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he began his career as a roofing contractor. The brutally cold weather forced Victor and his family to move out of the Midwest and into the Washington D.C. Metro area in 1984, where Audi Contractors had its successful beginnings.

They're not cheap, but the design service, materials and work are spectacular. They're also honest, stand by their work, and will fully repair or replace anything that isn't done properly the first time. We did a full remodel of our master bathroom, which is gorgeous now. If we can afford them we'll use them again.

It's the little things.... KBF by Audi Contractors (Fairfx & Leesburg) is highly recommended by me. What I can tell you is that no job is too little or too big for them. I think the website & photos of the workmanship will speak for themselves. Equally as important to me is the customer service. I called this place for a quote on a hall bathroom. Tiny thing. My friend redid a townhome in Copley Square, Boston for $10000 and we are talking top line tiles, fixture, appliances, the bathroom practically cleans you. Anyway, lady calls up and says by looking at my bathroom, it would be a basic pull and replace. $18000-$20000. [Slam the brakes] How did you come up with that number? We absolutely give KBF by Audi Contractors the highest recommendation we can give. A few years ago, we contracted with Audi to fully remodel our downstairs -- new flooring, kitchen, fireplace, painting walls, ceiling, etc. The process was a pleasure from beginning to end. I was very impressed with the Leesburg showroom and the selection available for me to choose from. Staff is super polite and friendly. No pressure sales, they were very helpful explaining products and the contracting process was very transparent. I highly recommend this company. I left feeling good and not taken advantage of.

This review is for KBF by Audi in Fairfax, VA. I had a terrible experience with this company for a toilet and some associated equipment purchase and install.
Problem 1) The salesperson didn't asked about my water supply lines so she sold me a toilet which couldn't be installed.
Problem 2) The plumber arrived but the electrical work hadn't been scheduled for the same appointment. We had to reschedule the non-toilet work (I kept my old toilet rather than purchase a new one - partly because I didn't want to give KBF by Audi more of my money)
Problem 3) The accounting department

A HUGE shout out to Michael Jamil and KBF by Audi Contractors for saving the DAY- we have had quite a terrible experience with another contractor to remodel our kitchen and Michael stepped up and offered to help get our job complete the right way- he is a problem solver and was willing to fix someone else's mistake. The workmanship is amazing and they stick to a budget. Everyone is very professional and courteous. This was the first contractor we saw that developed a schedule which was great to reference. They even upload photos as the work is progressing! Additionally, the quality of their work is impeccable and we are over the moon with the final product.
We would have liked weekly updates, however they always responded timely when we asked for the latest and were quick to provide us with answers when we had questions. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with the master bathroom remodel we recently had done by KBF Audi. We had some issues with tile and quartz availability, but found a suitable replacement. All the workers are very professional and courteous. Always left the work area very clean. The project manager, Jason, was very responsive and was very communicative of every step of the process. This is our 3rd bathroom remodel with Audi and will call them again for future home improvement projects.

I initially reached out to Audi Contractors for a basement finishing project, but they were so great to work with, I ended up adding more projects along the way. They not only did a great job with the basement, they have an amazing staff. They were responsive to my questions/comments, always on time to appointments or meetings (actually they were usually early), everyone who worked at the house was so professional and courteous. They have a small staff, so it's almost always the same workers. They have a new beautiful design center in Fairfax. And their quotes were reasonable. I loved working

I'd decided to go with Audi contractors for my first home project. They were every responsive to my emails about my flooring project for my condo. From the first day I stepped in showroom, everyone was professional, friendly, and honest. John answered all my questions about the different type of woods I was interested in. He followed up with me throughout the whole process leading up to installation. I'm very pleased with how my floors turned out. They really do quality work and I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

We used KBF by Audi to remodel our kitchen, family room, dinning room and living room into an open floor plan and could not be happier. KBF by Audi also remodeled two bathrooms and our laundry room. Jamil, Erika (for the design choices) and John (Flooring) could not have been more professional. Their expertise made this BIG project actually Fun. Their workers cleaned up daily after a days work. Having a showroom that you can go to to pick out your fixtures, cabinets, tile, flooring etc was VERY helpful. There were no surprises in either the cost or the time quote. We would highly recommend them

The customer service is lacking and management is extremely defensive when quality of the work is in question. I was treated as extremely low priority; as they are too busy with other jobs to even respond to simple correspondence. Attention to detail was severely lacking and you get the sense that they are more focused on the next "big" job as opposed to focusing on the satisfaction of each customer. All in all I wouldn't recommend working with them.

The team at Audi absolutely exceeded our expectations at every step of our project. My wife and I were interested in a complete redesign of our basement to include a bar, theater and game room. The team mocked up the design before we contracted them, provided us invaluable suggestions while incorporating our ideas, and once engaged they worked tirelessly to make our dream basement come true.
