I wanted to install a mini-split ductless air conditioner by myself, but after getting midway through it I discovered that the installation would require (by law) an HVAC professional, and an electrician to run power from my panel to the outdoor unit. I called Pro-Tech and they agreed to do the job the very next day. They offered a very fair price, had excellent communications, and were in and out in only a few hours. The technicians were very professional and polite, and got the job done in excellent condition. I could not have asked for more! I would hire this company again for any job!

When you ask for a quote you expect there will be a break out as to all the costs associated with the job. One company sent me a quote with just the price and no break out of costs. I don't think so.
Pro-Tech gave all the costs of all the parts and labor up front and nothing hidden.
As to the unit installed it is a Mitsubishi mini split ductless HVAC system for the garage. Our garage is a workshop for woodworking and it's so nice to go in there it be comfortable and tools are not cold. It looks like they sized it perfectly.
