In the beginning Melissa was extremely helpful in figuring out a good working design and offering handy tips with this project. Once we started moving the conversation towards stock availability and staying within budget and the tight timeframe - it turned out to be a different experience. In the beginning I was reassured it would not be problem with finding a solution in meeting my project deadline. Then the Delays in communications became lengthier. I looked at a couple of sites but ultimately decided to go this route based on reviews. The order process was an ease, we received the sample then the cabinets quickly... the weekend before Thanksgiving no less! Four boxes were pretty badly damaged by the shipping company but the way that everything was packed meant very minimal damage. Melissa was quick to respond and assist in getting the replacement for the only piece that was scratched. Our reno does not start until January but I have been more than pleased with the process. Can’t wait to get my new cabinets up!

We initially attempted to work with another RTA cabinet company. We received a design lay-out and never heard another word from them. We called and emailed numerous times in attempt to ask questions and place an order. We contacted Melissa at WoodCabinets 4 Less and she has been amazing. She was very professional, took & modified our plans quickly. She was always available and made sure that everything was just right prior to ordering. Honestly had a very disappointing experience with WoodCabinets4Less. Granted with the Covid issue things may have been a little slower than usual, but the only way I got a response from anybody for my design process was I had to initiate the conversation. Then Melissa said she would contact me "tomorrow" and didn't hear anything for 4 days. Then Corrie said shes the only designer and she would get to me as soon as she could. Then I finally heard from Melissa. I did say that I wanted to reuse my existing counter-tops because they are expensive granite in the initial questionnaire and Melissa's response

The extra effort they put in to helping us was appreciated. We ordered some incorrect sizes and had a lot of changes to make (our fault) and Melissa never questioned anything, she just helped us to get what we needed and return what we didn't.
