Jolan Washington and Brian Holmes came to our rescue after a water supply line spued water into our kitchen subfloor. These two gentlemen provided excellent service by answering our questions and walking us through the claim process with our insurance provider. What we thought was a simple plumbing issue in our kitchen turned into a much larger problem. Our plumber advised that we had a leak and that he could actually see water dripping from the rafters in our crawl space.
I called Champion Cleaning Services while the plumber was at our house, and they sent someone out immediately. The representative from Champion spoke directly with our plumber and our insurance company. Their conversations gave me peace of mind that there was no miscommunication for the repairs and cleaning that lay ahead.

Champion did a great job in helping restore our home due to a water leak! They responded immediately, and assured us that everything could be repaired and put back to it's original state. Jolan and his team were so professional and reliable! He came & met with our insurance adjuster, which was a huge help, since we had never experienced anything like this before. He explained the process to us and advised us on all that we'd need to do. All the employees were respectful & empathetic to us. We highly recommend this company!

We continue to call on them not only because of the quality of their work, but also the kind and personable demeanor of the people who work there. From Peter, the scheduler, to Jolan, who we have worked twice with, and all of the rest of the men we worked with—Jesus, Jockien, Reuben, Daniel, and Antonio—everyone has made difficult situations easier. I had a plumbing back up and a signification amount of water overflowed from a toilet on the main floor and into our basement. Champion was able to come out just a couple hours after the incident occurred and promptly began the mitigation process (prompt after hours response. It was around 9 pm). They were very helpful in answering all of my question throughout the process. They were thorough with the mitigation work and did an excellent job of cleaning, drying, and removing damaged material. They were very professional and took great care to clean up after themselves and keep my house as clean

First, we seldom write reviews, however, our experience with Champion Cleaning Systems was too exceptional not to write about.
We had a nasty water leak that saturated woodwork and carpet in our guest bedroom.
Our plumber suggested we call Champion to see if they could help us out. Within only a few hours Champion sent over two technicians, Douglas and Daniel. I must say, it was so very refreshing to meet those young professional technicians. They were careful moving our furniture out, thoroughly inspected everything and made sure we understood all the things they were doing to ensure our guest

Awesome service with Champion Cleaning Systems! Jolan W. was first onsite on the same day called and got the drying process started. Brian H., Jockien M. and Jolan met my insurance adjuster at my home next on the day agreed upon and from there things went smoothly. This was before Christmas so I appreciate the professionalism in protecting my furniture and my Christmas "tree" LOL! Champion did a great job creating their own work space and continued checking on the process of the drying stages to make sure everything was dry before the repair work was done.
