Rug gallery is a unique carpets (mostly Turkish) and kitchen remodeling store in Dublin Ohio and best I have seen in Greater Columbus OH metro area.
The customer service is fantastic. The owners (Enes Erenay) go out of their way to help and satisfy customer needs. The inventory is one of the best I have seen. And I say that having experienced Turkish, Persian, Pakistani and Indian carpets!!
All in all a must visit if you are in Columbus.

Our experience was lovely. We were trying to keep to a color palette. The store owner even lowered the rugs for us to see them laid out. He was very patient and noble and treated us with much respect. He showed us every rug until he found us the right one. And... he loaded it for us too. We left with The Perfect Rug for the living room. Very happy.

Outstanding customer service! My wife and I purchased a rug for our new home as we were moving out of town. They shipped the rug to our home without charging shipping fees. Once we got the rug, we realized that we ordered too large of a rug, and the owner allowed us to exchange for a smaller rug without any problems at all. We appreciate their kind service! Rug quality and customer service are absolutely outstanding at the Rug Gallery. Wasted my whole weekend shopping Lowes, Home Depot, that Home place and the Andersons looking for an area Rug. I stumbled upon the Rug Gallery Via a sign on the road. Met the owner Sabir He is a great guy Well… educated, immigrant, family man. I found several rugs I liked and had only found one after shopping all the other stores I mentioned. All that and the rugs were way better Quality and 1/3 of the price! I paid $400 for a rug that was 900 everywhere else! The atmosphere is Nice ...I won't waste my time anywhere else from now on.
