Chris was our tech today and he arrived on time and was totally committed to getting our hardwood floors back in good condition. We had a buildup from year of using a product on our hardwood floors that should not have been used. It took Chris 2 days!! and lots of commitment to get our floors looking good again. We will have to get them refinished due to our error in cleaning, but Chris' dedication to getting that buildup removed buys us a year or two before we have to incur that expense. He went above and beyond what was required and we are extremely grateful for his knowledge and expertise in

I would highly recommend this business. We tried having another carpet company clean some carpet in a rental unit that had pet stains and a terrible odor. When the first company left the carpet was wet for a day and a half and the smell and several of the stains were still there. I called abc Chem Dry and they came out. Jose was great...very articulate and informative and most important, super thorough. There are zero stains and no smell at all now. And the carpet was barely wet at all when they left. I should have used them from the beginning and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have used A-abc Chem-dry for my personal home, my office, and it's the only company I recommend to all of my tenants and my clients. I own a property management company, in addition to being a real estate broker, and my clients who have used them, absolutely rave about their service. I like the fact that their method dries so fast, that my tenants can move in the same day, in many cases.
They have saved carpet in which I though for sure had to be replaced. My return on investment with this company has been fantastic.

Masters at their craft! These guys really know what they're doing. This is the fourth time I've use them over the last couple of years and they never cease to amaze me. Between my kids and my dog there have been some stains that I thought would become a permanent part of my home. Poof, like magic they're gone! If they can't get it out nobody can.
We have some very expensive carpets and rugs in our house. It is important to me the process they use to clean them will not damage our investments. They use only the highest quality processes available in the carpet cleaning industry

Very good customer service. Usual home cleaning is minimum ~$169, but I had only one rug, so Dave gave me a discount because their crew was already in the area and had had an appointment rescheduled, so they could work me in.
Mike and Chandler were professional, prompt, and answered all our questions. The rug seems to be in good condition after the cleaning.

We had an awful stain on our new couch and were concerned that it would not come out. We hired another local company to clean the couch, and their technician was unable to remove the stain. In fact, he made it worse. I called A-abc Chemdry as a last resort, and I'm SO glad I did. Not only did the stain come out completely, but our couch looks just like it did on the showroom floor. A-abc Chemdry was more expensive than some other quotes we'd obtained (still less expensive than Stanley Steemer), but I believe it was well worth the money. I will absolutely use them in the future and recommend
