The quote was competitive and included three options for my water line in. I was having trees removed and stumps ground out, and they coordinated the work with my tree service. Was having some problems with my garbage disposal, so after hearing great reviews around town, I called these guys! They were able to come that day and were very friendly, even greeted my dogs, pet them, and accepted the 1,000 kisses they try to give to everyone!
Doug replaced the natural gas regulator on our hot water heater which had been humming loudly. While not on the original request, they also flushed both hot water heater tanks. These guys are efficient and friendly -- now that we found them, we wouldn't use anyone else for our plumbing work including repairs or re-model projects.

This company replaced an underground pipe that had been damaged by roots. They did an excellent job and left the area clean and neat, even though it meant them staying after dark to finish the job. These are great people, very honest and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

I called 9-1 Plumb and was told they were booked up for days, but if something opened up they would fit me in. 5 minutes later I was informed there was an opening and Michael arrived in 30 minutes. Quick fix, offered maintenance suggestions, and very reasonably priced.

Brent, the master plumber, explains every step of the repair process, and he ensures that the job is done in a timely fashion. Due to poor pipes used by the homebuilder 10 years ago, our house experienced multiple leaks last fall. Brent responded within a couple of hours of our call and was able to locate and repair the issues. Eventually, 9-1 Plumb completed a re-pipe of our house. We received multiple bids, and they completed the re-pipe in a quick and clean manner while also being the most cost-effective option

I called 9-1 Plumb on a Tuesday and made an after hours appointment for Thursday (all they had available at the time). I told the "dispatcher" Renee (sp?) that I had a water meter ripped out of the ground by Hurricane Sally and that I needed new meter re-installed in ground, hooked and entire new line ran to house. Requested that if anything opened up between Tuesday and Thursday to notify me.
