We ordered solar and roller shades from Elite Interiors several years ago through Costco, the clutch was broken. Called Tony, he immediately offered to replace the whole shades. Not only that, Tony showed up himself the next day in a mask - safety is number one right now - to measure the replacements. They installer came to complete the job in a professional way and efficiently installed the new one. We appreciate their honesty towards the product problem and excellent service! I'd say that Elite Interiors provides th best possible customer service, we have peace of mind when ordering things

In search of shutters to match our current ones we have owned for 15 years. After endless searching for the same quality that held up so well, we finally pulled out the reciept we had filed. To our surprise this place was still in business and obviously grown. They were very prompt with getting back to us & sending someone out to us for measurements & with samples for us to look at. We went down to their showroom to look at an overwhelming amount of samples as well. 15 years later and not a single issue with our existing shutters we bought from them. A few weeks ago we moved into a new home (new construction). A friend who recently went through Costco for window treatments highly recommended them to us. Georgia came out with samples and helped us choose the right product for our home and provided us with temporary blinds to use while we waited for our shutters to arrive. A few days later, Tony came to take actual measurements of our windows. He assured us that our shutters would arrive in 4-6 weeks. They arrived 3.5 weeks later. I received a phone call from Rick stating our shutters were in and ready for install. Three days later, Rick arrived

My five star review is for Tony, the owner of Elite interiors. As my prior reviews stated, there was quite a problem with communication and a very long time, 7 weeks to complete the job. Once Tony was made aware of the situation, he called me, and today he personally came out to make sure the installer corrected/addressed all my concerns. I will post pictures soon, I wanted to make sure I at least gave credit where credit is due. Thank you Tony!!!!

I'd like to thank Tony Yen, with Elite Interiors, for being such a delight to work with when we were getting our plantation shutters. He was very punctual with our appointment times and really seemed to care about and listen to my requests, concerns, etc., which in my opinion, is very respectful. This company does not carry Hunter-Douglas, though it will appear online as a representative store. Further, Elite outsources to CostCo representatives. The appointment was quick and on time; however, because I had specifically asked for Hunter-Douglas on my initial call (to match transom windows), the whole experience was a big waste of time.

This place is great, hard working, reasonably priced, near Home Depot Scripps Ranch Pkwy, and just a solid small business trying to do the very best possible. Tony is the guy around most of the time and he is very easy to work with. It does appear to be a bit understaffed but the low overhead means great prices and you'll be very happy with their work.

This group is fantastic!! Georgia came out twice to ensure we were ordering the right thing and I cant say enough about the install crew!! They were quick efficient and honest, I had to leave the house for an hour and everything with the install went perfect. They even removed the old curtain rods that were 16 feet high, spackled and painted in the place where the screws were since I can't climb a ladder that tall even if I owned one!!! This was well above and beyond what was expected of them. They only had to remove the existing blinds, which they did and were very tidy!The blinds are beautiful
