I bought my Toyota 4Runner from Provident and the experience was super easy compared to a larger car dealership, there was no pressure from anybody there , and they were super patient with me being a pretty inexperienced buyer. They gave me a really good trade in value on my old car (which blew other offers out of the water) and even sent me and my wife a Starbucks gift card after everything was said and done!

I bought my first car here recently and everything went even better than you could possibly imagine! The service was absolutely wonderful as they were quick to respond and never left you hanging, especially with Charlie Schreck who helped me get my car as well as an AMAZING deal on it. Not only that but besides the wonderful and welcoming atmosphere they provide when helping you look for a car they are also very thorough with everything. When it came to the paperwork it went very smoothly as they happily explained everything I was signing as well as answered any questions I had during the process

I can honestly say the 10 hour drive was well worth it to pick up my gorgeous new SUV. Charlie and I had been in contact before we decide to make the drive, he sent me photos and videos of the car to ensure I knew what I was getting before I got there. He was also able to give me numbers over the phone and when we got there he was true to his word and nothing changed, no surprise fees or add on that we didn't know about or we weren't okay with. The car we got is amazingly clean for being a used car. We got more then we expected to. Over all the transparency and customer service with these guys

I never wanted to buy from a dealership, let alone a small used car lot. No offense but I was always taught that this was not the best option.
But I wanted vey much to get a low mileage sequoia and a dealership was one of my only options given how difficult they are to find and how quickly they sell.
First I called and I spoke with Tom who would be walking me through the sale
Tom spoke to me at length on the phone and there was no BS. We got straight to the point, to the financing and when I could come

Came here after going through multiple dealerships unwilling to work through my lease-end. Tom was awesome! Found the car that was a perfect fit and the right price. Super nice car, clean and runs great. From the few other cars I did look at on the lot, I could say the same thing for them all. Tom wouldn't let me sign any paperwork until all financial details were understood and didn't try to talk me into anything more than what I asked for. Tom was super honest and extremely helpful through everything. Easily the best, smoothest car buying experience I've had.

Great experience - fair price for the car we purchased. They paid attention to details that other dealers wouldn't. We already bought the car and they came out with fresh shocks for the rear hatch and installed them before we left because they noticed they were soft. Small overall, but indicates care for their clients. Sales process was straightforward and fast, which I also appreciated.

If I'm honest, I've avoided dealerships like the plague. I've always had such poor experiences.. until today. Ryan and his team are not your typical salesmen. If you want to interact with authentically kind people, check them out. My transaction with them could not have gone any more fairly or smoothly. 5 star experience for sure. Restored a little faith in the industry for me. Support independent dealers!

Far from your stereotypical car dealer. Probably the easiest, best and fastest experience I've ever had. Tom was to the point and no B.S. Told me that he stands behind all of his cars. We verbally agreed on fixing a slow rolling window and any lights on the dash. The check engine light ended up coming on a few days after getting my truck. He sent me to a mechanic not far and the mechanic took care of it. It was a simple/benign issue (evap error, but not the gas cap) but ended up costing Provident over $500. No questions or nothing they took care of it. Tom communicated with me with immediate responses
