Services
We are one of very few asphalt and concrete companies that own the equipment to get almost any job done. We're not a "me too" contractor- we do what we do and we do it well. If we can't do it, we'll tell you. We own all of our own equipment including backhoes, track hoes, loaders, graders, skid steers, dump trucks, end dumps, wall forms, concrete saws and power trowels.
We at Mountain States Asphalt offer full service contracting through a variety of spectrums. We specialize in commercial and industrial Asphalt paving and parking lot repair. We take a distinctive approach to construction by offering not only "one-stop- shopping" but by providing true value to our customers.
Finding innovative and original solutions to common construction related problems is what we do. True, concrete is concrete, but the prevailing mentality in this industry is the same throughout and quite frequently that runs along the thought process that "we've been doing business like this for 25 years so why change now?"
Seal Coating is the act of placing a liquid emulsion called sealant over an asphalt base. It is typically applied over clean asphalt with rubber squeegees to seal and protect the surface of your asphalt parking lot. Seal coating manufacturers recommend applying two coats of asphalt slurry seal to your asphalt surface every 1 to 2 years, depending on use and wear.
We have worked with Mountain States for over 15 years across a variety of projects ranging from commercial driveway/parking lot repairs to full lot replacement across single tenant retail to shopping center and office/warehouse. The team at Mountain States takes a partnership-type approach with their customers in advising us of our options on each project and providing solutions that are both cost effective and long term.
