Our family's grandfather traveled to Ellis Island from Turkey, at the age of 15, in the early 1900s to escape the Turkish persecution of the Armenians. He first moved to Philadelphia, PA, and gained experience working for a Persian tailor-and-rug cleaning company, before relocating to Baltimore, MD.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Mr. Dulkerian is incredibly knowledgable in his field, does top quality work and has great pricing. We had the best experience bringing a rug in to be cleaned and purchased a rug mat from him. Mr. Dulkerian also gave us extensive advice on how best to care for our rug to make sure it outlasts us. This was a great experience - I only wish I had more space to buy more rugs from here!

This is a family owned, multi-generational, well-established business specializing in everything related to all kinds of beautiful hand-made rugs....hand cleaning, repair, pads, and sales. My family will not use anyone else and, years ago when I was too young to know better and solicit my mother's advice, I had two rugs ruined elsewhere on Falls Road -- dye turned cream to pink. There is no comparison with machine cleaning at other places and Jim Dulkerian is forthright and advises you well and, if buying, will respect inquiries in all price ranges and help you find what will make you pleased.

Excellent professional service. We could not be happier. The heavy Chinese wool carpet was picked up, cleaned very thoroughly, and returned and placed with excellent turnaround time, positive attitude, and a courteous professional manner. This is clearly an experienced and knowledgeable operation. I would not hesitate to use the service again and would recommend it without hesitation.
