This business posted a wanted ad on Facebook for helpers. I responded to the ad and we discussed via Facebook messenger when I would come. I worked for half a day. When I asked for payment, he said he couldn't pay me until 4:30pm that day. I could not make it to his office, which he knew, due to an appointment, which we had already discussed. He owes me $60. He told me to give him my mailing address and he would just mail it. I gave him my address, and he has yet to send me the check for the money I worked for and earned. I've tried contacting him and refuses to respond. Consumer beware.

Tim seems very knowledgeable on foundations, the problem is that once he gets your money, he sends his "crew" out with no supervision. From yelling obscenities inside the house to showing up without needed supplies, we had to stop the hemorrhaging with this company. Our house is built very close to the ground, and one of the workers told us " we don't dig dirt" . This is the second foundation company who we've hired, and neither of them got the job done, though they were both paid. Both from Longview too.....interesting. ETFR actually promised us a partial refund, but I guess the check's in the

Refuses to pay temp workers for wages earned, totalling $60. When promised to mail worker check for hours worked, he never did so and refuses to return any communications. One may wonder if this is how this small business treats it's workers, how must they treat their customers.
When looking for a business to hire, their ethics overall speaks volumes. If they're policy is to take advantage of a temp worker, who else would they feel comfortable taking advantage of?

I usually do not give reviews online but I would give a zero star for this company. The worst customer service. I was scheduled for an appointment for an estimate on home leveling but was rescheduled due to “rain” although it never rained at our home address. Then on the rescheduled 9:00 appt they showed up 3 hours late. We work full time so I made special arrangements with family to be at home for 9:00 appt but they waited as long as they could so 3 hrs later when the guy actually shows up of course no one is there. Plus the guy told me on the phone at 9:10 that since this is a “free”

I’ve never written a bad review for anyone or anything so I’m not completely sure how to do this...
we found ourselves in a terrible situation after we bought our first home, within five years the floors were falling through due to foundation issues.
With a estimate repair of approx twenty thousand dollars ETFR were the only ones willing to finance with half down immediately.
I have since found out you only pay 10% down on any job until the work is complete.
Looking back I can tell you our biggest mistake was letting this company treat us like a charity case.
