I chose Pegasus because they were "Johnny-on-the-spot" for my roofing project. While so many of their staff was out with COVID, Amgad always kept me updated.
As soon as everyone was back in the office, they scheduled a full inspection that included walking the roof and & checking out the roof straps in the attic. They provided a quote within a day or two... followed by sample shingles and answers to every question I had.
There were a lot of roofing companies who never called me back, took a week or more to give me a quote, or never even inspected the roof before giving the quote. One company

I contracted Pegasus Builders to build a house and a barn for me. From the beginning, they were meticulous with the design and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They were also able to build my riding arena for me and make sure my property was customized to meet all my needs. They were within budget and in fact, many times offered alternatives to decrease cost. I recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for a custom builder with attention to detail and workmanship!

Within minutes of leaving a message one of the owners called. We had a nice conversation. She was sweet, funny and accommodating. She understood exactly what my wife and I were trying to do with an addition to our house. Pegasus was introduced to us by word of mouth from two different friends.
We will be highly recommending them as we go through the process of signing a contract.

I had a verbal agreement with Dave to cancel our contract and part ways. I have sent him two letters of cancellation and reached our several times requesting return of executed copies with no response. He has gone AWOL. We are in Panama City where the hurricane caused major damage. I need to move on from Pegasus and get someone here local that can repair what has already been done and get this job completed. 1 1/2 years too long to wait for solid results.

Dave designed my barn from start to finish. He handled all the engineering, permitting, mitigation, and construction. He was always available to discuss and his office is amazing with communication.
