They were prompt and arrived on time. Friday Rodney the owner of Affordable Spas, Pool & Billiards and his crew delivered our new Jacuzzi. They removed our old one and set the new one up. Anthony gave us a great over view on all the features and procedures on the proper care and operation of our new Jacuzzi hot tub. Every thing worked great. Later that evening we started to use it and discovered there wasn’t any power to the hot tub. Now at this point Rodney has met his responsibilities. I called Rodney and over the phone he instructed me to check the circuit breaker and he determined the problem was probably on my end with my circuit

I bought a hot tub from Rodney about 10 years ago. During Christmas time we decided it was time to replace it not because there was something wrong with it but because we wanted stronger jets and a little bigger. I knew I could reach out to Rodney and team to find the right spa for us. He did, and it was delivered installed and the old one taken away within 2 hours. The whole team was very professional as usual. I would not buy a spa from anyone else thus I have referred many friends to them.
