I highly recommend Budget Glass. They have a wonderful staff and do excellent work at a good price. Jeff was so friendly and helpful when he came out, measured the broken window glass, gave me a good quote and then came back and installed the glass. I later took a different broken window glass into the shop and Jason was extremely helpful. They have same day service and he called me when it was ready for pick up.

My dad contacted Richmond Budget Glass Company on Tuesday to inquire about replacing the glass on our RV while working on Tuesday. We spoke with a representative of the company who gave us different glass options along with a possible estimate. After having this conversation, we proceed to have the glass of RV removed Friday morning. After this was done we contacted Budget Glass to replace the glass as discussed the previous day; we get a response from a different representative saying they don't do this type of thing and was referred to another company. Second bad experience with this company! Several years ago we had an issue with improper measurements and ill fitting glass for a shower. Fast forward to present day. Had my contractor not recommended Budget Glass I would never have used them. Again, it has been since mid May and we are dealing with improper measurements, incorrectly cut shower glass, and to add insult to injury, rude and unprofessional customer service.
It would be nice to have a shower, it's hard to share one shower with a family!

I was able to watch a video on their website showing exactly how to remove a double sash window. Took it to Jason before 10:00 am, and he called after only 2 hours and it was ready! He was very busy with customers but took time to answer each and every question from everyone. From my original call to picking up the window, it was 5* top service! Jason Bingham is the person that dealt with me now three times in the last three years and each time he listened carefully and offered what was best for the window glass replacement by taking it to the store in the morning and having it replaced inexpensively instead of having them coming out to install it. He looked out for what was best for the customer(me) and did the right thing to advise what was best and I've done both taking the window to the store right at 8:00 when they open and had the window completed while I waited and also had them come to our rental house to have them take the

This company was referred to us from our neighbor after one of our windows got damaged by a gravel that was shot out from our lawnmower. They did excellent work and were informative of their product. My husband was the one who actually called in to ask if they could fix our window in a day because we had a baby and wanted to make sure that we had this resolved before any more VA weather surprises us.

NEVER order glass from this company. If you want one headache after another headache... give them a call. They are an awful company to work with for many reasons. Here are the top:
1) The Owner, Butch does NOT train his staff. Both Abby and Jason were incompetent when dealing with the pre-planning of a shower door install. They BOTH told me it would take a max. of 2hrs to install this simple shower door. NOPE ... it took over 4.5 hrs. INSANE. When I mentioned this to Butch- he did not care one bit. Nor did he try and make me the customer happy. He said "well, I guess I'm just

Don't believe same day service. I dropped off a sash with a broken pane at 9am and was supposed to get a call the same day when it was ready. Two days later I called and it wasn't repaired. They did have it ready an hour after I called. They said they are really busy. Which I believe, but don't advertise what you can't deliver.

What great service! We ordered a piece of glass to go over a desk, and from beginning to end Budget was so helpful, courteous and professional. The technician who delivered the glass was very friendly, and Jason (?) was so patient and helpful. Unfortunately, I measured wrong and the glass was not what we wanted. When I called back to express my concern, all I initially expected was the tech to sand the corners a little and I was not looking for a refund or a replacement or anything. I would recommend this company. We went here twice to replace windows in our house. We brought them the windows (one was double paned), and they made the replacements both times within 2 hours! We were able to take them right back home and reinstall them. Plus they're very reasonably priced. They did a great job on the windows both times. No complaints here.
