They wanted us to see what happened and if we felt something wasn't right, they changed it immediately.
Those are the things that were really neat for us because we really appreciated that. Because of the relationship, the integrity, the trust and the service that we have received from Mills, I just don't feel we could have done any better. Design-Build (DB) is a project delivery method which combines architectural and engineering design services with construction performance under one contract agreement.
